Concealer Brush Guide: Spot Concealing, Under-Eye Placement and Blending

Concealer is a small-area product, so precision matters. The right brush should let you place product where you want it and soften the edge without spreading coverage too far.

Why a tapered tip helps

The PRECISION BLOOM CONCEALER BRUSH has a tapered tip with firm, flexible synthetic bristles and is intended for cream and liquid concealers.

For spot concealing

Place a small amount directly over the area you want to cover. Tap with the tip, then soften only the perimeter.

For the under-eye area

Use less product and work in thin layers. Tap rather than dragging across a wide area. Concentrate product where you want coverage, then blend outward.

Different placement, different technique

Spot concealing keeps coverage localized; under-eye concealing usually diffuses across a slightly larger area. See our spot concealing vs under-eye concealing guide.
